About the author

Christopher Chabris ist Kodirektor des Neuroscience-Programms am Union College in den USA, wo er auch forscht und unterrichtet. Nebenbei ist er Schachgroßmeister und schreibt für das Wall Street Journal. Daniel Simons ist Professor für Psychologie an der University of Illinois. Er beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit experimenteller Psychologie. 2004 wurde den beiden Autoren der IG-Nobelpreis, eine Ehrung für besonders ausgefallene wissenschaftliche Arbeiten verliehen.
